The picture on the left is May 21, 2011. The picture on the right is April of 2013. Weights are unknown. I should probably use the scale but seeing numbers scares me, so I judge by how my clothes fit. Progress was/is slow with ups and downs, but I wouldn’t have it any other way as this was a lifestyle change and not just a “diet.”
